Although we don’t like thinking about the fact that summer is coming to an end, the nights are definitely starting to get shorter and autumn will be upon us before we know it.
For students though, that’s a great time of year as it’s when you start back at university and get to enjoy the fun and frivolity of Freshers’ Week before you get down to the serious business of studying.
No Freshers’ Week would be complete without attending at least one fancy dress party, so make sure you’ve got a leopard tail in your suitcase before you head to university this September.
In fact, the Telegraph recently offered some affordable ideas for Freshers’ Week fancy dress, one of which was animal print - we think it’d be a lot better if you had the corresponding animal tail to go with it though.
The newspaper described leopard print as “perennially useful”, so why not pick up some leopard print leggings to go with your tail.
Other top options for a quick and easy fancy dress fix included colourful lycra leggings, comedy glasses and even stripey tops, which can be the perfect base for a Where’s Wally or pirate-themed outfit, according to the news provider.
Meanwhile, the Mirror recently offered first-year students advice on what to pack when they head off to study this September. Top of the list was a pair of comfy trainers, while a versatile dress and block heels were other suggestions - you might even want to wear the latter with your leopard outfit.
